Pricing
What Sazabi charges for and how — token usage draws from prepaid credits, other metered usage is invoiced monthly.
Sazabi charges for what you use. This page explains the charging model — how costs are structured — not the numbers. For current prices and included amounts, see the pricing page and, once you are signed in, Settings > Billing.
For managing your plan and payments, see Billing. For how credits themselves work, see Credits.
Two kinds of charge
Sazabi separates token usage from everything else:
- Token usage draws from prepaid credits. The tokens the Sazabi agent consumes draw credits from your balance. You top the balance up ahead of time (through your plan and optional top-ups), and usage draws it down. See Credits.
- Other metered usage is invoiced. Non-token metered dimensions — such as log ingestion volume, issues detected, and automation runs — are metered and billed on your regular cycle rather than drawn from credits.
What is metered
Sazabi meters usage across several dimensions. The charging model groups them as:
- Tokens — input and output tokens for agent work. Paid from your credit balance.
- Log ingestion — the volume of log data accepted into your projects. Billed as metered usage.
- Issues — each issue Sazabi detects. Billed as metered usage.
- Automation runs — each automation run completed. Billed as metered usage.
Included usage
Every plan includes a baseline of usage each billing cycle. While your usage stays within the included amounts, there is nothing to pay beyond your plan. Higher plans raise the included amounts.
Where to find the numbers
Prices, per-unit rates, and included amounts are not published here because they change. Find the current values in:
- The pricing page for plans and rates.
- Settings > Billing for your plan and balance.
- Settings > Usage for what you have consumed. See Usage.
